Welcome to Boat Trips Punta Cana! Please read these terms and conditions carefully before booking any excursion with us. By booking an excursion with Boat Trips Punta Cana, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
Cancellation Policy:
Boat Trips Punta Cana reserves the right to apply the following cancellation policy:
1.1. If cancellation is made 24 hours or more prior to the date of the excursion by the client, a full refund will be provided.
1.2. If cancellation is made less than 24 hours prior to the date of the excursion by the client, no refund will be provided.
1.3. In the event that Boat Trips Punta Cana cancels the excursion due to weather conditions, a 100% refund will be issued.
1.4. If clients cancel within 24 hours prior to the excursion due to weather concerns, a 50% refund will be issued.
2. Isla Saona Cancellation Policy:
2.1. If cancellation is made 72 hours or more prior to the Isla Saona excursion, a full refund will be provided.
2.2. If cancellation is made between 48 to 72 hours prior to the Isla Saona excursion, a 50% refund will be provided.
2.3. If cancellation is made within 24 hours prior to the Isla Saona excursion, no refund will be provided.
3. Excursion Terms and Conditions:
3.1. All excursions are subject to change without notice. Descriptions, departure times, itineraries, pricing, and locations may be altered and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
3.2. Descriptions, schedules, and excursion lengths are all based on approximate times. Changes may be unavoidable and can be made at Catamarans Punta Cana’s sole discretion.
4. Excursion Cancellation and Refund Policy:
4.1. In the event of cancellation, your sole resource is a refund of the amount paid for the canceled activity.
4.2. Excursions may be canceled or modified by Boat Trips Punta Cana depending on the number of guests participating.
4.3. No show: Nonrefundable (Medical certification is valid).
4.4. Cancellation with a 48-hour notice prior to the pickup time of the activity: Full refund.
4.5. Cancellation with a 24-hour notice prior to the pickup time of the activity: 50% refund of the total purchase.
4.6. Cancellation with less than 24-hour notice: Nonrefundable.
4.7. Weather-related cancellation: Nonrefundable. Please review our weather-related policy below.
5. Weather-Related Policy:
5.1. Sometimes the weather does not cooperate. It should be noted that all of our excursions operate rain or shine.
5.2. Boat Trips Punta Cana may cancel particular excursions due to weather-related safety considerations.
5.3. In this instance, all efforts will be made to accommodate guests on an alternate excursion or an alternate day; however, refunds do not apply.
